Donor Confidentiality Statement

Crisis Control Ministry respects the privacy of donors and safeguards the confidentiality and security of information that a donor would reasonably expect to be private. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software provides secure commerce transactions and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet. Any personal information that you may share with us through your donation or purchase of items from our site is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any third party.

We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All credit card transactions occur in a secure area of our site to protect you from any loss or misuse of information collected. You can be assured that your transaction is protected by looking for the key or closed lock which will appear in the upper left-hand corner of your screen next to the web address. You will remain in this secure area until your financial transaction is completed.

After completing a donation to or purchase from Crisis Control Ministry, we would hope that you would like to stay informed of our activities and accomplishments through our quarterly newsletter or various mailings during the year. However, if you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please send an email requesting this to give@crisiscontrol.org.

Should you have any problems with a direct donation through our website, or with delivery of any purchased items, please contact us via e-mail at give@crisiscontrol.org or phone 336-724-7875 ext. 1041 and we will work to resolve the situation immediately.
