Established in 1987, Crisis Control Ministry’s Pharmacy was the first licensed free pharmacy in North Carolina. Today, it is the largest free pharmacy in Forsyth County. It is located at our Winston-Salem office.
Who Can Use Our Pharmacy:
- Residents of Forsyth and Stokes Counties
- People who do not have health insurance with prescription coverage
- People in need of prescription medications that cannot afford them
A complete list of what is required when coming to Crisis Control Ministry for assistance can be found here. Residents of Kernersville are asked to go to the Kernersville office to be interviewed. Once approved for medication assistance, they will need to go to the Winston-Salem office to receive their medications from the pharmacy.
