Poverty Awareness Programs

Living on the Edge

What is Living on the Edge?

For groups who are interested in the Poverty Simulation experience but do not have the 40-person minimum, we developed Living on the Edge. Through a variety of activities and facilitated discussions, participants will deconstruct the misconceptions about poverty and evaluate the ways in which we can apply this knowledge in our professional and personal lives. The discussions can be tailored toward a specific group’s context when applicable (ex. able to discuss specific implications for religious leaders, medical professionals, educators, etc.)
